A journey that began at sea
After 25 years of perfecting energy systems for boats, Paul and Jon
decided to bring their passion for sustainable energy to the domestic
market. With a deep understanding of battery storage technology, they
saw an opportunity to revolutionise the way large rural homes managed
their energy consumption.
In 2022, they installed their first home energy storage system, and the results were remarkable. The homeowner’s electricity bill dropped from a staggering £12,000 a year to just £3,000.
By 2025, solar panels were integrated into OffGrid Pro’s system,
further reducing the property’s energy costs to almost non-existent.
